Fortunately, there are many places where it is possible to visit those who grow and prepare traditional British specialities to eat or imbibe. Britain’s breweries have a proud history and despite the emergence of big brands and industrial scale production, there are still quite a few old and traditional brewers – and some new ones who have set up to continue traditional values and beer – making skills.
